This family home was left to the new owners to make their own. The decision to update was not taken lightly and every decision made was in thinking of how to honor the previous tenant while incorporating their style and functionality.

LIVING ROOM/BAR AREA What did we do? Paint walls, stain all wood, cabinets, install hardwood flooring. Addition of LED flush mount can lights and installation of all electrical/lighting. In floor outlets in living room. New extended bar area with adjustable shelving. Changed out a double window to a slider door for a future wrap around deck. New drop zone/mud bench with moved HVAC unit. Bar-top was removed and re-purposed as art as it was completed by the previous owner (their father).

UPSTAIRS GUEST BEDROOMS What we did: All guest rooms were painted and received new light fixtures and hardwood floors.

MASTER SUITE What we did: A completely new layout enveloped an attached bedroom to the previous master bathroom-making plenty of room for a brand new walk in closet and a much larger bathroom.  As for the master closet-that was all completed custom for the customers, including the in wall jewelry cabinet and window seat.
