BEFORE:

This adorable home in Midtown Tulsa was already cute, but the new owners decided a refresh was in order before they relocated from Texas to be closer to family in Tulsa.

AFTER:
The homeowners had the hardwoods refinished throughout and added them in the kitchen to match the existing.
New paint throughout the home including walls, ceiling, and trim.
Whole home wall color (except kitchen): Spanish Sand
Kitchen wall color: Silver Ash
Trim and Cabinets throughout: Spun Cotton
New kitchen cabinets-shaker style with modern euro style bar pull hardware.
New counters-granite: Brown Fantasy, 3 cm. Prep area: Maple butcher block (conditioned).
New backsplash-3×12 Restore Bright White 3×12 Ceramic Bevel Wall Tile with white grout.

We also added an instant hot water dispenser in the kitchen. New vent hood-now vented to the exterior so kitchen smells go outside and are not recirculated throughout the home. Added lighting throughout the kitchen. They wanted to keep the same kitchen layout, but make it more functional. The addition of many large drawers make items easier to get to and stay organized other than bending down to dig around a cabinet.

The living room aside from getting a fresh coat of paint got new gas logs with remote in the fireplace.

The backyard now has a sense of privacy in the middle of Mid-town with the addition of a privacy fence including gate and cap and trim.
